All sales done through my store at shop.medialhuna.com are final. Make sure you select the product you want since no refunds will be issued.
Please allow your order to take from 3 to 14 days due to delays in the postal service at the moment. If you don’t receive your order from after 14 days send me an email at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping errors – If you receive a product by mistake, Medialhuna will cover the cost of the shipment that must be done to get you the product/s you wanted. Just send me a message, and don’t worry you don’t have to send the product you got by mistake back! If you receive a product that you did order you must refer again to my return and refund policies.
Address mistakes – When submitting your address for me to send the product, please make sure you write it correctly! If the package is returned to me and the mistake was yours, you will have to pay for the shipping for it to be sent again. If the mistake was mine, it will be sent again to you for free!
Cancellations – No cancellations will be processed whatsoever. Please make sure you want to make an order before finalizing the purchase.
Lost/Stolen packages – Medialhuna is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as the shipping is free. In some circumstances, lost packages will be re-sent. However, if you prefer to make an order with tracked shipping please let me know as the option is available for you.
All products bought through shop.medialhuna.com are sent through the Unites States Postal Services (USPS). I only ship to Puerto Rico and the United States at the moment.
