Política de Reembolsos y Devoluciones

Todas las ventas hechas a través de mi tienda en shop.medialhuna.com son finales. Asegúrese de seleccionar el producto que desea porque no se aceptarán devoluciones.

Por favor permita que su orden tarde de 3 a 14 días debido a los atrasos que están ocurriendo en el correo ahora mismo. Si no recibe su orden luego de 14 días con mucho gusto le asistiré. Por favor envíeme un mensaje en Instagram o a mi correo electrónico medialhuna@gmail.com.

Errores de envío – Si recibe un producto por error, Medialhuna cubrirá el costo del envío que debe realizar para conseguirle el/los producto/s que deseaba. ¡Solo envíeme un mensaje y no se preocupe, no tiene que devolver el producto que recibió por error! Pero, si recibe un producto que usted sí ordenó, debe consultar nuevamente mis políticas de devolución y reembolso.
Errores de dirección – Cuando escriba su dirección para que envíe el producto, asegúrese de escribirla correctamente. Si me devuelven el paquete y el error fue suyo, tendrá que pagar el envío para que se vuelva a enviar. Si el error fue mío, se lo enviará nuevamente gratis.
Cancelaciones – No se procesarán cancelaciones de ningún tipo. Asegúrese de que cuando vaya a realizar un pedido desee completarlo en su totalidad.
Paquetes Perdidos/Robados – Medialhuna no se hace responsable de los paquetes perdidos o robados ya que el envío es gratuito. En algunas circtustancias, los paquetes perdidos serán reenviados. Sin embargo, si prefiere realizar un pedido con seguimiento de envío, avíseme ya que la opción está disponible para usted.

Todos los productos comprados a través de shop.medialhuna.com se envían a través del Servicio Postal de los Estados Unidos (USPS). Solo se estarán haciendo envíos a Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos por el momento.

Refund & Returns Policies

All sales done through my store at shop.medialhuna.com are final. Make sure you select the product you want since no refunds will be issued.

Please allow your order to take from 3 to 14 days due to delays in the postal service at the moment. If you don’t receive your order from after 14 days send me an email at letscreate@medialhuna.com or medialhuna@gmail.com.

Shipping errors – If you receive a product by mistake, Medialhuna will cover the cost of the shipment that must be done to get you the product/s you wanted. Just send me a message, and don’t worry you don’t have to send the product you got by mistake back! If you receive a product that you did order you must refer again to my return and refund policies.
Address mistakes – When submitting your address for me to send the product, please make sure you write it correctly! If the package is returned to me and the mistake was yours, you will have to pay for the shipping for it to be sent again. If the mistake was mine, it will be sent again to you for free!
Cancellations – No cancellations will be processed whatsoever. Please make sure you want to make an order before finalizing the purchase.
Lost/Stolen packages – Medialhuna is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages as the shipping is free. In some circumstances, lost packages will be re-sent. However, if you prefer to make an order with tracked shipping please let me know as the option is available for you.

All products bought through shop.medialhuna.com are sent through the Unites States Postal Services (USPS). I only ship to Puerto Rico and the United States at the moment.

Information about Personalized Drawings

Information about drawing commissions:

•The price for one drawing is $30 per person/pet and $10 for each additional person/pet. The maximum persons/pets per drawing is 4.

•The payment can be done through ATH Mobile or Pay Pal.

•There are two styles for the art to choose from (available on the online store for viewing). Other styles of drawings won’t be done.

•I can make a drawing using combinations of various pictures. I can also add elements that are not present on the pictures to add a unique and special touch. This service has an additional cost which will depend on the creation you want.

•The waiting time for orders is approximately 4 to 8 weeks. You can send me a message during this period to know the status of your order if you’d like.

•I’ll be creating 20 drawings each cycle to guarantee your order will be delivered in the time indicated. If any situation affects this creation and delivery period I will be communicating with you to indicate it.

•Changes are limited to two per drawing n so try to be clear and precise on what you want to change. Try to indicate in one message the changes you’d like (if any).

•Once your drawing is finished it will be sent through email with a very high resolution, allowing you to print it wherever you’d like. I won’t be working on physical deliveries of the drawings.

It is necessary you understand and agree with this information to make your order.

Steps to order your drawing commission:

You must choose the picture you like the most to be drawn before you complete your order. You can choose more than one picture for various drawings.
You must send me a message through email (letscreate@medialhuna.com/medialhuna@gmail.com) or Instagram to confirm your order, and in case you’d like a special creation to consult how much would it be.
*If you don’t confirm your order with me and/or don’t make your payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled.
Proceed to send me the picture (or pictures) you’d like drawn to let you know if it can be done. If necessary, I will ask for more pictures for reference so I can adequately draw your photo/s.
At the moment you send your picture to be drawn you should consider the following: skin color of the people and/or pets in the picture, the quality of the picture and the details you’d like highlighted. I will make changes only if the necessary references and/or indications were provided.

When your drawing is done it will be sent to confirm if you wish to change something or if you like it just as it is.
Once you are satisfied with your drawing, it will be sent through email.

It is necessary you understand and agree with these steps to make your order.

*Due to my studies, I will be taking longer with the drawing orders. I am a full-time doctoral student, so I ask for your patience and understanding. You can send me messages to know the status of your order, but keep in mind that I am not available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I will do my best to always keep you informed of the status of your order. All drawings are done with a lot of love and attention to detail, the wait is worth it.*

•El costo de un dibujo es de $30 por persona/mascota y $10 por persona/mascota adicional. El máximo de personas/mascotas por dibujo es de 4.

•El pago puede ser realizado a través de ATH Móvil o Pay Pal.

•Hay dos estilos de arte para escoger (disponibles en la tienda en línea para verlos). Otros estilos de dibujos no serán trabajados.

•Puedo crear un dibujo utilizando combinaciones de varias fotos. Además puedo añadir elementos que no estén en la foto para darle un toque único y especial. Este servicio tendrá un costo adicional y dependerá de la creación que desees.

•La espera para tu orden es de aproximadamente 4 a 8 semanas. Puedes escribirme en el periodo de espera para saber el estatus de la misma. Tome este tiempo en consideración por si su orden es un regalo.

•Se estarán creando 20 dibujos cada ciclo para garantizar que su dibujo se entregará en el tiempo indicado. De surgir cualquier situación que afecte el tiempo de creación y entrega me comunicaré para indicarlo.

•Los cambios están limitados a 2 por dibujo así que intente ser clara/o y concisa/o con respecto a qué desea cambiar. Trate de indicar en un solo mensaje todos los cambios que desea.

•Una vez finalizado el dibujo se enviará por correo electrónico con una muy buena resolución, permitiéndole poder imprimirla donde guste. No se harán envíos físicos de las ilustraciones.

Es necesario que entienda y esté de acuerdo con esta información para hacer tu orden.

Pasos para pedir comisiones de ilustraciones:

Debe escoger la foto que más le guste para dibujar antes de completar su pedido. Puede escoger más de una foto para varias ilustraciones.
Debe enviarme un mensaje por email (letscreate@medialhuna.com/medialhuna@gmail.com) o Instagram para confirmar su pedido, y en caso de querer una creación especial consultar la cantidad del pago a realizarse.
*Si no confirma su orden conmigo y/o no realiza su pago en 7 días se cancelará y se removerá de la lista de creación y espera.
Proceda a enviar la foto (o fotos) que desea dibujar para así dejarle saber si se podrá realizar el dibujo. Puede enviármela/s por mis redes sociales o por email. De ser necesario, pediré referencias adicionales para poder ilustrar adecuadamente su foto.
Al momento de enviar la foto para ser dibujada debe considerar: el color de piel de las personas y mascotas en la foto, la calidad de la foto y los detalles que deseas resaltar. Se harán cambios solo si se proveyeron las referencias y/o las indicaciones necesarias.

Cuando su dibujo esté listo se enviará para confirmar si desea algún cambio o si le gusta tal y como está.
Una vez esté satisfecha/o con su dibujo, se enviará por correo electrónico.

Es necesario que entienda y esté de acuerdo con estos pasos para hacer su orden.

*Por motivos de estudio, estaré demorándome más con las órdenes de dibujos. Soy estudiante doctoral a tiempo completo, por lo que le pido paciencia y entendimiento. Puede enviarme mensajes para saber el estado de su orden, pero tome en consideración que no estoy disponible las 24 horas del día los 7 días de la semana. Haré todo lo posible por siempre mantenerla/o al tanto de el estado de su orden. Todo dibujo se realiza con mucho amor y atención al detalle, la espera vale la pena.*
